The Storehouse Conference centre is one of the largest and best equipped conference centres on the Lincolnshire coast. Our modern, hi-tech venue has a 350 seater Auditorium, a 150 seater auditorium, four conference suites of varying sizes as well as "The Chapel" our traditional church room. We also have a Coffee shop towards the front of the building serving the finest refreshments.
Located on the Skegness sea front, only three miles from Skegness Train Station and a main stop on local bus routes, as well as easy access from major country roads, the Storehouse is an ideal location for delegates to reach.

Please read carefully before confirming your booking.
Terms of Booking
The Storehouse facilities are let on the basis of agreed and published/quoted rates and the Terms & Conditions of booking and venue hire described below.
Conditions of Acceptance of Booking
For provisional bookings, rooms will be held for 10 days or up to 7 days prior to the event, whichever is sooner.
The Storehouse will only consider a booking confirmed when the quotation has been confirmed by email, fax or postal mail and is received by The Storehouse.
If the above timescales are not met, it will be assumed by The Storehouse that the dates can be offered to other interested parties.
The Storehouse Conference Centre Quotation & Event Details
The Storehouse quotations will be issued on request to the client or organiser following event enquiry.
The Storehouse quotations will detail agreed event dates, number of delegates, rooms booked, catering services and additional equipment required.
Final numbers of delegates must be confirmed no later than fiver working days before the event.
Standard The Storehouse room hire rates are set according to from/to hire times as published on our price lists.
Payment
The Storehouse will invoice the purchaser under the terms of this agreement within one week following the event unless other arrangements have been made which are detailed as an addition to this agreement.

The payment terms are strictly 28 days from the date of the invoice. Late payment will attract a 10% increase to the invoice total.

A 20% deposit will be required on all bookings costing in excess of £500. This must be payed in full at least one week in advance of the booking.

VAT is not applicable.

The Storehouse reserves the right to change the payment procedure at any time.
Cancelation by the Purchaser
In the event of the Purchaser cancelling the event, the following course of action will be adhered to:

Cancellation 2-4 weeks outside of the booking date = No charges made to the Purchaser.

Cancellation 2 weeks outside of the booking date = 20% of total invoice will be charged.

Cancellation 1 week outside of the booking date = 50% of total invoice will be charged.

Cancellation 48 hours outside of the booking date = 100% of total invoice will be charged.
If the Purchaser wishes to postpone the event and sets a future date at the time of the postponement, the Purchaser will be liable to pay an administration charge of 10% of the booking fee.
Cancellation by The Storehouse
If The Storehouse has to initiate the cancellation of the event, every effort will be made to re-locate the event on behalf of the purchaser at a suitable and comparable facility in the Skegness area. If The Storehouse is unable to arrange this, or the arrangements offered are not accepted by the client, all monies paid to The Storehouse will be refunded to the Purchaser thereby ending liabilities between the two parties.
Conditions under which The Storehouse reserve the right to cancel the event or terminate this agreement without liability to the Purchaser include:

If the event, in our reasonable opinion, could prejudice the reputation of The Storehouse.

If the Purchaser fails to follow instructions given by The Storehouse which as a result could compromise safety and security to other clients, staff and members of the public.

If the Purchaser has previously contravened any other agreement between themselves and The Storehouse.

If the Purchaser's organisation makes a voluntary arrangement with their creditor or becomes subject to an administration/bankruptcy order or goes into liquidation (other than for the purposes of amalgamation or reconstruction.
Safety & Fire Regulations
All events are subject to compliance with current Health & Fire Safety Regulations and to the requirements of any other relevant authorities. Organisers are responsible for carrying out all necessary risk assessments for their own events.
The Storehouse requires notice in advance of any aspects of the event which may necessitate special safety or security arrangements. The organiser will be responsible for all consequential costs.
Organisers should ensure provision of adequate First Aid personnel if risk assessments require.
Miscellaneous
Should the Purchaser elect to use external suppliers for the event, The Storehouse should be notified with details of those suppliers, and the suppliers will be fully responsible for complying with statutory regulations that affect their agreement with the Purchaser and The Storehouse.
The Purchaser is responsible for covering the cost of repair to any part of the property or equipment damaged or theft caused by the Purchaser, external suppliers or event delegates.
The Purchaser must hand the room back to The Storehouse in a similar condition to which it was first presented.
We make reasonable allowances for litter/spillages etc, however anything above and beyond this will result in an additional cleaning charge which will be passed directly to the Purchaser.
The Storehouse does not accept liability for damage or theft of property belonging to the Purchaser or Client. Property is brought into the premises purely at the owners risk.
The Storehouse is not licensed for the sale or purchase of alcoholic beverages.
Should an event exceed the hours stated and agreed for your event, there may be additional charges for every hour or part thereof. The Storehouse generally has clearance teams organised for the agreed event finish times to prepare for following events.
