The new Restore Centre is the home of our homeless outreach within Skegness. The purpose built space includes a kitchen for providing hot

meals at lunch time for those without cooking facilities as well as a hot shower, washing machine and tumble drier which is available for those who are homeless. The Restore Centre also hosts drop-ins targeted at meeting the needs of those who are homeless.

Some of these are to include Rough Sleeping team, We Are With You, Double Impact, The Community Connector, Salvation Army and more.

On Tuesdays and Wednesdays we host our 'Reach for Wellbeing' group where those from the homeless community can build friendships with each other, play xbox, board games, table football and watch movies in a safe warm space. Clothing rails with free to take items and shelves containing food items are also available at the centre subject to availability.

All Restore Centre service users are required to get a referral from the East Lindsey District Council's rough sleeping intervention team.

To find out more please call 07424 923798.

Skegness Food Bank

Skegness Food Bank is a Skegness Fellowship of Churches Initiative operating from The Storehouse. We supply food parcels for individuals and families to provide three meals per day. Each parcel lasts for 3 days.

We work on a referral basis, which means that anyone wanting a food parcel needs to be sent to us by an authorised referrer for each food parcel they receive. These authorised referrers could be places like: Citizens Advice, Salvation Army or Schools.

Skegness Food Bank is an independent Food Bank supported by volunteers and donations from generous local churches, business, charities and individuals. We get no government help to deliver our service.

With ever increasing bills for the public and client demand on the rise, the Food Bank is often very busy and as a result,

low on supplies. Donations of food items or monetary donations are always welcome. Despite our lovely pictures of full shelves, the reality is that most of the time our shelves are low of stock and we often have to go to the supermarket and buy food. We would be grateful for donations of the following in date items:

UHT Milk
Tinned Meat Meals
Tinned Potatoes & Instant Mash

Tinned Vegetables & Tinned
Cereals & Instant Porridge

Tinned Fruit & Rice Pudding

Pasta Sachets

Pasta & Pasta Sauce

Tinned Soup

Tea Bags & Biscuits

If you would like to make a monetary donation, please see the giving section to the website or click here.

As well as offering food parcels, the Skegness Food Bank also has shelving stocked with items that are free for anyone to collect and take away. Most commonly these are products that have either damaged packaging, passed their best before date, or they are over stock. In addition to these there is usually a selection of female sanitary products available as well.

If you are in need of a food parcel please contact Citizens Advice on 0808 278 7904. If you are referred, you will need to bring carrier bags with you to collect your food parcel. Our opening times are as follows:

Wednesday 10am - 12pm
